Sunday Service

We meet every Sunday at Neptune Theatre at 10:00 AM.

What to Expect

The Gospel is the good news of Christ's death for our sins and His glorious resurrection. It is a message that changes hearts and lives. We know it because we have experienced the gospel's saving, healing, life-transforming power in our own lives and seen it in the lives of others.
When you come to Neptune Theatre in Long Beach at 10:00 AM on Sundays, you will be greeted warmly and welcomed in to hear the gospel preached from the Bible, spoken in prayer to God, and sung in songs of praise.
If you already believe the gospel, you will be encouraged and built up in the love of God and the power of the cross. If you haven't yet believed the gospel, you will hear the good news, and if God leads you to believe the gospel, then you too will experience the transforming power of God in your life.
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes" (Romans 1:16).

Style of Worship

Our style of worship is simple, timeless, and engaging. We sing some gospel-focused songs, which naturally lend themselves to producing worship in the hearts of those who believe. The songs we sing have lyrics that remind us of what God has done for us in Christ.
Jesus has suffered in your place, died your death, forgiven your sins, and freed you from guilt. He has given you a reason to sing. Come join your voice with ours, and we'll praise Him together.

Attire

Please wear attire comfortable for you.

Childcare

Children are welcome at The Gospel Church!
If you want to keep your children with you, we understand. They are welcome in the service. Activity bags are available for them.
We will consider it a privilege to care for your children under the age of six during service if that feels more comfortable to you. We have volunteers who will watch your children during the service. See one of the greeter for assistance.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14).
