Growing in Christ

At The Gospel Church, we believe that proclaiming the good news of Jesus' death and resurrection is what produces change in our lives.  
"He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ" (Colossians 1:28).
Because of this desire to help everyone grow in the gospel, we have carefully vetted all the teachings offered to ensure that they are explicitly focused on the good news to encourage your growth in Christ.
The following are online courses in which you can enroll; there is no cost to you. If available, you will receive a mentor from The Gospel Church who will interact with you as you complete your study. Interactions can be in person, over the phone, through email, text, or Zoom, on Marco Polo, etc.

This course is written to anyone who wants to take the instruction of Jesus Christ to heart, to “go and make disciples of all nations.” It is written for church leaders, church members, and non church goers; indeed, any and all who want to know how to become and how to make a disciple of Jesus, what message to use, and what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Small groups
All small groups at The Gospel Church are specifically focused on studying God's Word, seeing the gospel in it, and interacting around the truth together. Small groups are for sharing and caring, studying, and growing together, and will use Books of the Bible or the above vetted material to study. We currently meet at Pastor Mike's house in Long Beach on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM for a time of interactive teaching, prayer, and fellowship.  Contact us for more details.
